| 1.25 lbs ground beef 3 oz cream cheese with chives 1 tsp salt 1 tsp chili powder 18 uncooked jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained 2 tbs melted butter 1 cup taco sauce 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded 1 cup monterey jack cheese shredded 1.5 cups crushed tortilla chips 1 cup sour cream 3 green onions cook beef in large skillet over medium high height until brown, stirring to seperate beef in skillet. drain fat. Reduce heat to med low add cream cheese salt and chili powder, simmer 5 minutes toss shells in butter fill with beef mixture, arrange shells in buttered 13 x 9 inch pan. Pour taco sauce over each shell cover with foil bake in preheated oven 350 for 15 minutes. uncover top with both cheeses, and chips. bake 15 more minutes without foil. top with sour cream and onion 4-6 servings |
